Kickstart your career in a creative and fast-paced homewares business We are a leading importer of home textiles and homewares supplying retailers across Australia. We’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Office Junior / All‑Rounder who’s eager to learn, grow, and become an integral part of our team. This is a rare ground‑up opportunity—perfect for someone who wants to build skills across product, admin, creative work, and customer support in a collaborative office environment. About the Role This is a varied and dynamic role supporting all areas of the business. You’ll gain exposure to product photography, social media content creation, sales support, and general office operations. No two days will be the same—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes initiative. Key Responsibilities Creative & Marketing Support Assist with product photography and basic image editing. Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to messages, and creating simple content. Update website and catalogue content as required. Sales & Customer Service Support Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, entering orders, and responding to customer enquiries. Support with sample organisation, preparing product packs, and dispatching materials to customers. General Office Responsibilities Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support. Help maintain showroom displays and assist during customer appointments. Manage office supplies, filing, and day‑to‑day operational tasks. Assist other team members with ad‑hoc tasks as needed. About You We’re not looking for years of experience—just the right attitude. A positive, can‑do mindset and willingness to learn. Interest in homewares, textiles, photography, or social media (bonus if you enjoy all three). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communication skills and a friendly manner. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Canva or similar a plus but not required).
