Junior Business Relations Manager (Junior BRM) Supports the business development function and plays a key role in assisting with client engagement and branch growth activities at LMATS. Responsibilities Demonstrate LMATS values. Learn and support LMATS strategic plans. Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Gain an understanding of LMATS services across all departments. Help identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities under guidance. Support senior staff with preparing quotations, tenders and RFQs. Assist with basic contract review processes. Support marketing and promotional initiatives. Meet weekly KPIs, including client contact goals and reporting. Follow instructions from the Branch Manager, National Strategy & Growth Manager, and Directors. Contact leads via phone, email, and industry events. Maintain accurate CRM and administrative records. Qualifications Demonstrate energy, professionalism and humility in client interactions. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. Self‑motivated and eager to learn.
