Key Focus Areas for This Role Develop, implement and drive a strategic sales plan with one of our major partners to deliver against top line, profit and share targets. Management of activation plan and associated spend. Management of forecast, trade spend and accruals. Accountability for trade engagements. Internal stakeholder management. What you will bring 5+ years’ experience in Sales/Business Development and Account management. Tertiary qualification in a Sales/Business (or similar) related discipline (nice to have). Proven track record of delivering results and managing the category / customer P&L within a large international Food/FMCG business. Strong communication and influencing skills that build & maintain productive internal and external relationships. Leadership & agility to contribute to and execute plans within a matrix organisation. Deep understanding of retail channels in Australia. Demonstrable initiative and an opportunity - seeking mindset; an enthusiasm to learn and develop. The ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics. Analytical skills with a problem‑solving attitude. Well‑rounded experience in negotiation and delivery of commercial objectives.
