As a growing business, we are on the hunt for an expert Business Development Manager who knows, understands the booze game and has an existing network in the Gold Coast market. This is not an account manager role, this is a role for someone who is after the thrill of the chase and has a hunger for growth. Sound like you? Learn more about the role below. The Role: Growing and managing on/off premise customers with a focus on the greater Gold Coast area Maintaining an excellent relationship with existing customers Identifying new customer and business acquisition opportunities Conducting special events Ideating, communicate and execute strategic deals Working diligently with our CRM & reporting tools (Hubspot & Swigg) Collaborate with the State Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing teams Requirements: Minimum of five years sales experience in the Gold Coast spirit market A good knowledge and understanding of the alcohol industry Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell and negotiate Good organisational and time management skills Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously Maintain a current responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation Proficiency working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Hold a valid full drivers licence Go getter attitude What we offer: A fantastic culture of hard‑working people who are passionate about quality, affordable and reliable products.
