Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr Invested Talent are excited to be partnering with a global leader in the Fintech space who are in market for a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist looking to step up to Marketing Manager level. About the Opportunity: My client is looking for a strategic and hands on Senior B2B Marketing Specialist/Manager to join them on a 12-month contract. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy, supporting a well established brand during a period of growth and innovation. In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels. You'll also collaborate with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and global teams, gaining exposure to large scale initiatives and enterprise marketing tools. Please note this role cannot offer hybrid working arrangements, and only candidates comfortable with working on-site 5-days per week in the CBD should apply. Role Requirements and Responsibilities: Own and execute the B2B marketing strategy Develop and deliver integrated campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals Plan and manage industry events, partnerships, and sponsorships Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver on campaign and content objectives Manage budgets, performance metrics, and monthly/quarterly reporting Support brand positioning through compelling content, communications, and digital marketing initiatives Influence product, sales, and customer experience through insights and client feedback Background and Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B marketing A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong experience managing integrated campaigns, events, and third-party agencies Excellent communication and content creation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimisation Exposure to marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, and CRM systems is a plus Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Invested Talent by 2x Get notified about new Marketing Specialist jobs in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia .
