Marketing Manager â 12-Month Maternity Leave Contract An exciting opportunity exists for an experiencedMarketing Manager to join one of Sydney’s premier hospitality companies, The Fresh Collective, on a 12-month maternity leave contract. There is a possibility for ongoing employment post contract period. You’ll play a central role in helping Fresh achieve its marketing goals: growing brand awareness, driving visitation, increasing bookings, and building loyalty across all outlets. This dynamic and varied role also involves managing website content, creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns, and assisting with social media and design workflows. ABOUT THE ROLE Support the Senior Marketing Manager with: Implementing campaigns and marketing initiatives across Fresh venues Building and sending engaging newsletters and promotional EDMs Managing content and updates across venue websites Assisting in basic SEO management and digital performance tracking Supporting bespoke promotions and activations with venue partners Managing external partnerships and agency relationships Providing marketing support to venue managers, chefs and F&B leadership Assisting with creative workflow and liaising with the in-house graphic designer Helping execute paid social media campaigns and generate content for social platforms Coordinating marketing meetings and maintaining filing systems ABOUT YOU 2+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality or events Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Confident with website CMS, email marketing tools, and social media platforms Enthusiastic about food, dining, and delivering premium guest experiences Full Australian working rights BENEFITS Career development within an award-winning hospitality group Friendly and supportive marketing and venue teams Flexible hybrid working(4 Days office and 1 Day WFH) Employee discounts across all Fresh venues Work with iconic partners like the Art Gallery of NSW, MTC, ACMI, and more To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
