You will be utilising CRM data to develop and implement personalised marketing strategies with a focus on targeting specific customer segments with tailored communications based on their behaviours, preferences and lifecycle stages across both CFD and stockbroking. You will oversee the management and optimisation of CRM tools and systems, such as Braze and Salesforce, working to continuously improve the CRM infrastructure to support business goals.What Will Help You Be Successful:3+ years of experience in CRM management, working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze) and marketing automation toolsExcellent analytical skills, interpreting customer data and using insights to inform marketing strategiesHands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns with a focus on personalisation and targeted communicationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment, managing multiple projects simultaneouslyThe Things We Live By:CMC Markets is powered by our people.
