Hours: Normal working hours are 0800 to 1630, Monday‑Friday, with one hour meal break. Duration: 12 January 2026 to 11 December 2026. Remuneration: $40 per hour + superannuation. Total hours approx. 1642. Term breaks: Term Break 1: 07 – 10 Apr 2026 Term Break 2: 06 – 10 Jul 2026 Term Break 3: 28 Sep – 02 Oct 2026 Duties: Assist the external Assessment Coordinator with the daily running of our client’s testing program. Manage the paneling, test scheduling, and test administration process for the examinees. Update detailed spreadsheets of examinees and test results. Produce Notice of Results to communicate results to examinees. Produce Final Result Forms, and communicate results to examinees. Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including contracted assessors and our client’s staff. Assist with the marking of the tests in accordance with our client’s assessment policy. Liaise with the relevant language departments and staff to check language aspects, cultural points, specific terminology and accuracy of English translations when marking. Liaise with relevant staff regarding assessment results and discrepancies. Keep record of feedback provided and other relevant data on official record‑keeping system. Work under supervision of senior staff. Essential Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience in an education/testing environment. Experience in administering language examinations. Strong skills in managing schedules, coordinating activities, and handling multiple tasks with accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for updating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets. Clear written communication skills for preparing notices, forms, and result documents. Ability to follow established policies and procedures under supervision of senior staff. Experience working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Preferred Experience: Speakers of another language other than English. Prior involvement in exam administration, student services, or assessment-related tasks. Familiarity with record‑keeping systems and maintaining accurate data for reporting purposes. Experience liaising across departments, especially where language or cultural accuracy is important. Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with staff, contractors, or clients. Exposure to quality assurance or checking processes to ensure accuracy in results and documentation.
