Are you organised, friendly and confident on social media? We’re looking for a junior Administration & Social Media Assistant to join our team 3 days per week — Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am–2pm. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service and creative tasks, with the opportunity to grow your hours and responsibilities over time. About the Role In this part‑time position, you’ll support our team with: Data entry and maintaining accurate records Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers Managing basic social media tasks across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Checking inboxes and responding using templates Assisting with general administration and office duties You’ll be given clear processes, training and support — perfect for someone who is keen to learn and develop their skills. What We’re Looking For Friendly, professional phone manner Confident using social media Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Reliable, punctual and eager to learn Ability to follow systems and work independently No industry experience is required — just a great attitude and willingness to grow Hours & Pay Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 10:00am to 2:00pm 12 hours per week Opportunity for additional hours as the role grows Junior hourly rate: $28–$33 per hour (depending on experience) Why Join Us?
