Our distribution centre in West Melbourne is in the midst of rapid expansion, and we're actively searching for experienced DC Supervisors to join us, with positions set to commence in January 2024. As a DC Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for developing and implementing cutting‑edge training programs that elevate team skills and performance. Your role extends beyond that – you'll be instrumental in fostering a thriving work culture that places safety, efficiency, and excellence at its core. Your efforts will ensure the timely delivery of products through seamless coordination with various departments. You'll work hand in hand with our management team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and steering our warehouse toward unrivaled efficiency. Ability to lead a team with strong people management skills and coaching. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment and leading cross‑functional teams. Proficiency with keyboard and general computer skills / knowledge and demonstrated experience in warehouse management systems. Valid LF Forklift and/or LO Order Picker license is mandatory.
