Designer & Facilitator (Learning & Capability) Join the Parliament of Victoria’s Learning and Development team to design and deliver impactful, human-centred learning solutions that build capability across diverse audiences in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Base pay range A$97,955.00/yr – A$111,142.00/yr About the role In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging, high-impact learning programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid environments. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative, evidence-based solutions that build capability and align with organisational goals. Design and facilitate contemporary, learner-centred programs that reflect modern workplaces and adult learning principles. Partner with stakeholders to scope, develop, and implement effective learning solutions and capability frameworks. Evaluate and continuously improve programs to ensure relevance, quality, and measurable business impact. About you You are an experienced learning and development professional with a proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate customised, high-quality learning solutions that build capability and drive business outcomes. Collaborative and detail-oriented, you combine strong analytical, digital, and interpersonal skills to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences. Skilled in developing and facilitating activity-based learning using contemporary tools, technologies, and delivery methods. Have proven experience in partnering with stakeholders to identify needs, influence outcomes, and continuously improve learning programs. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is desirable.
