Apply your HR & admin skills within a dynamic retail environment About the role Complete and distribute Employee Change Notification forms Complete and distribute approval to recruit requests Liaise with our HR Services team on contracts and letter variations Manage the onboarding process for new starters Complete employee termination & resignation processes, including management of exit interviews Manage and track employee changes, including new hires, promotions and exits Handle first level employee and people leader queries, i.e. Parental Leave applications and annual leave queries Update the employee Organisational Charts Support end of Probation Review activities Manage and Administer annual performance review forms Store and manage all employee documents Request and distribute monthly and quarterly reporting Support the HR Business Partner team with ad‑hoc administration requests as required About you Qualifications and/or prior experience in a Human Resources role, or equivalent Excellent administration skills and highly developed written and verbal communication skills Proactive approach and willingness to support others A demonstrated understanding of the retail industry Ability to actively listen and gather appropriate information to resolve stakeholder queries/requirements Ability to remain objective and impartial to any situation that may arise Well developed time management skills to prioritise and organise tasks/workflow on a daily basis Benefits to you A great culture and supportive team environment Scope for career development into leadership roles Invitations to sample sales and silent auctions Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industry Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
