POSITION VACANT – HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR Australian International Academy – Part-Time (4 days per week) or Full-Time (Negotiable) – Commencing: Negotiable The Australian International Academy (AIA) is seeking a professional and motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team at the Caroline Springs Campus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and values-driven school environment, providing essential HR administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, staff records management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support HR compliance and reporting processes. Provide administrative assistance to the HR and leadership teams. Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture. About You Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (essential). Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Previous experience in an educational or HR setting (preferred but not essential). What We Offer Option for Part-Time (4 days) or Full-Time (negotiable).
