What you’ll do: Manage day‑to‑day café and kitchen operations with a focus on quality and service Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard Lead, train, and support your team to deliver excellent service Handle cash management, stock control, and daily sales performance Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the CVM team What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a café, hospitality, or kitchen leadership role Current Food Safety Certification Strong knowledge of café service and commercial kitchen operations Great communication and organisational skills Blue Card, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment Why join us: At CVM, we’re passionate about creating safe, fun, and welcoming community spaces.
