About The Role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Procurement Officer will support group-wide purchasing activities by managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring compliance with Autoleague's procurement frameworks. This role is strategic and hands‑on, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, optimising processes, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across our dealerships and support functions. Key Responsibilities Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with manufacturers and suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes for Autoleague. Maintain accurate procurement and contract records to ensure compliance with group policies and purchasing procedures. Collaborate with dealership managers, service teams, and department heads to forecast demand and manage stock and supply requirements. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes. Support Finance / Administration with consolidated purchasing data, cost insights, and group reporting needs. About You You’re commercially savvy, organised, and confident in managing supplier relationships and procurement processes. You enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to operational efficiency across the group. You Will Ideally Bring Experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or finance / administration roles. Strong negotiation, communication, and contract management skills. The ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes. A collaborative working style and confidence engaging with managers across multiple locations.
