About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join a growing SaaS business supporting clients in the legal and professional services sector. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, drive adoption of our technology, and uncover new opportunities for growth. A key part of this role is re‑engaging dormant accounts — helping clients rediscover value and boosting retention. You’ll join a supportive, high‑performing team that values collaboration, curiosity, and celebrating wins together. What You’ll Do Manage and grow relationships across existing customer accounts Identify and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities Reconnect with inactive clients through structured win‑back campaigns Achieve revenue and activity targets with a consultative approach Maintain an accurate pipeline and client data in Salesforce Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Background in legal, accounting, fintech, or professional services is a plus Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Confident using Salesforce and MS Office Self‑motivated, proactive, and commercially minded Why Join Us ✨ Be part of a well‑tenured, high‑performing team Work with technology that’s transforming professional services
