Customer Experience Consultant

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Consultant . This role is based in our Rockingham Dealership, servicing Melville, Cockburn and Rockingham Toyota , with a primary focus on vehicle service bookings and customer retention activities. What you’ll be doing: Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and responding to enquiries Booking vehicle service appointments Responding to customer emails regarding servicing, recalls, and parts Making outbound calls for service reminders and post-service follow ups Accurate data entry and general administration support What we’re looking for: Previous call centre experience (essential) Strong customer service skills – in person, over the phone, and via email Excellent communication, computer, and time management skills High attention to detail and professional presentation Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-focused attitude Experience with the TUNE dealer management system and/or previous Toyota dealership experience (highly regarded) What’s on offer: Above award pay rates Bonus structure after successful probation Access to Toyota’s staff benefits program Be part of an awesome, supportive team that loves what they do About Rockingham Toyota Our Mission: To be the most aspired to and respected Toyota Dealership in Australia.Our Purpose: To make a positive difference in the lives of everyone who comes into contact with Rockingham Toyota – creating passionate advocates.Our Vision: To become the employer of choice and mobility partner for all Western Australians.
