Lead the support and monitoring of several highly utilised and essential clinical enterprise applications, to ensure service delivery is met for the current and future demands of the Health Care providers of Queensland. What you'll do Manage and operationally support a highly complex and multi-faceted application stack which includes monitoring and software automation tools, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety engineering standards. Influence and provide expert technical advice and leadership to Queensland Health teams and key decision makers relating to the configuration and system administration of the clinical enterprise application stack. Provide high level input and advice to the Director, Digital Applications Services, Clinical team to ensure that service delivery meets future client demands. Work closely with the Digital Applications Services, Clinical team and external technology vendors to develop, implement and integrate required changes to the clinical enterprise application stack. Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with a customer service focus, to resolve issues relating to technical concepts and processes. About you We are searching for someone who has: Demonstrated ability in configuring and maintaining enterprise systems with experience in some or all of the following hardware and software: Microsoft server and SQL, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, various desktop applications and utilities. Extensive experience, including exposure to industry certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Certified Network Engineer (CNE) and Certified Citrix Administrator (CCA). Knowledge of the ITIL Service Management and Service Delivery methodology, the Prince 2 Project methodology and utilising conceptual and analytical skills, respond to complex client business requirements. Ability to work individually and within a high-performance team with time critical and financially constrained tasks and complex deliverables by providing guidance and supervision of other team members and project resources. Demonstrated experience in supporting clinical based enterprise information system environments with knowledge and experience in:Enterprise Discharge Summary The Viewer Health Identifier and PCEHR system (HIPS) Messaging to general practice management systems My Health Record system Why work with us?
