We are an established elevator company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of lifts and elevators. As part of our commitment to developing future industry leaders, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our team. We currently envision this role to start as a part-time, ideally to be spread across four days. There is potential for the position to grow into full-time. Role Overview We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Scheduling & Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects and technician timetables running smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing timelines, allocating jobs, and ensuring resources are used effectively. Strong organisational skills and clear communication are key to maintaining seamless workflow across our team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project and technician schedules to ensure timely task completion Communicate with Site Coordinators and teams to efficiently coordinate and manage installation projects Raise and issue invoices and follow up on payment Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on service requests Maintain and update databases with relevant information Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Allocate resources effectively across projects Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Willingness to learn about elevator technology, safety regulations, and industry best practices About You You work well both independently and as part of a team, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and are eager to develop your skills.
