About the Role As a Chef at The Cut, you will play a key role in delivering the venue's acclaimed culinary standards. Your responsibilities will include : Crafting premium dishes with meticulous attention to quality and presentation. Working confidently with wood-fire grills, open flames, and traditional cooking techniques to elevate our signature cuts. Ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service. Collaborating closely with the kitchen leadership team to innovate, refine, and execute menu offerings. What We're Looking For Previous Experience : Proven experience as a Chef in a premium or fine dining restaurant. Food Cleanliness : Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Effective Communication : Skills in fostering honesty and transparency, with the ability to provide timely updates.
