As a Payroll Consultant with this company you will play akey rolein their team responsible forhigh quality Payroll Implementation. Job Requirements: Identify and implement process improvements to the payroll system in line with business requirements and company strategy; Ensure the right areas are being covered and right processes are being developed for the business Provide payroll information to management and HR team for budgets and special projects; Deal with the admin and systems process with both internal and external providers Development of the all the processes - practical / operation processes Provide a detailed breakdown of the processes developed and how it needs to be managed and embedded. Handover and train payroll staff in the business... Skills Required: Balancing and reconciliation of the payroll tax, group tax, PAYG tax and FBT, superannuation, annual group certificates, group and workers compensation premiums and authorised payroll deductions; Previous experience in development and implementation of a payroll solution for a state wide business Prepare management reports based upon information within the payroll system; Proven ability to meet deadlines and provide a quality outcome Excellent communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting project and to earn accordingly.
