About the Role We are seeking a Full-Time Reception & Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team in Robina on a 6-month maternity backfill contract , with the possibility of extension. You must be available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, you will provide timely reception and administrative support to clients and team members at Youthrive. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer service and administrative support to client families and the Youthrive team. Organise client referrals, book appointments, and fill cancellations. Complete invoicing, payment processing, and receipting. Manage reception, incoming phone calls, and correspondence. Make purchases and ensure the clinic is appropriately resourced. Organise and complete filing, scanning, and archiving client and clinic documentation. Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated previous experience providing administration support to a busy office in the allied health/medical industry (essential). Cert II in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable). Excellent organisational, time management, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and experience with client management and payment processing systems. Knowledge of Medicare, private health insurance, and NDIS highly regarded. Other Requirements Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card). NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
