About the Opportunity The Maintenance Officer will play a key role in our Maintenance team, supporting our restaurants by performing various maintenance and repair work. Main Role Responsibilities Basic carpentry Tiling Plastering Patch and paint Furniture removal and repair Experience, Skills & Attributes Knowledge of carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, joinery, tiling, plastering; welding is advantageous Understanding of OHS responsibilities and practices Excellent communication and service skills Ability to work autonomously Can‑do attitude Ability to multi‑task Time management and decision making Relevant qualifications (advantageous) Full driver’s licence Full‑time availability and work rights in Australia Working with Lucas Collective We champion growth, recognise talent, celebrate success and create space for individuals to thrive in an inclusive, inspiring, respectful culture.
