Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate client records and documentation. Support the preparation of client reports and presentations as needed. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor and manage client communications through email and phone. Contribute to improving processes to enhance client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Work closely with the team to meet organisational goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Client Services Officer should have: A background in administration, business support, or a similar role. Experience in the financial services industry is highly regarded. Interest and or Experience in Crypto its a must. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
