Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Bentleigh, VIC, for a Client Services Officer. The Client Services Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality client support, assisting with financial documentation, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with the advisory team to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day duties include maintaining accurate client records, supporting the delivery of financial services, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and service providers to optimise customer experiences. Qualifications Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to handle client interactions and provide tailored solutions. Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively meet client needs and ensure high levels of customer care. Basic knowledge of Finance principles and the ability to comprehend financial documentation and processes. Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining client records and supporting documentation. Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role in a financial services environment is a plus. Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms for client and financial data management. A genuine commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
