Valiant works with over 80 leading lenders to connect customers with the right solution for their needs. Role Seniority - Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation, and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required. More about the Inbound Sales Specialist role at Valiant: You will be joining a phone-based sales team for an award-winning platform connecting Australian business owners with funding to grow. We forecast record-breaking months for the rest of 2024 and are seeking motivated individuals to achieve sales targets while earning attractive, uncapped commissions. Retail sales experience is a plus Key Accountabilities: Handling warm inbound opportunities and nurturing previous clients Maintaining relationships to generate repeat business Assisting small business owners in comparing and applying for finance from over 85 lenders, including major banks Providing excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers Achieving monthly revenue targets and KPIs Contributing to process improvements Requirements: 1-2 years of sales experience (face-to-face or phone-based) Motivated by progression and uncapped commissions Results-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills Interest in finance Ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders Confidence to work autonomously and in teams Uncapped commissions with OTE of $100K+ Flexible work arrangements Pet-friendly office, funded induction, professional development, clear progression, ongoing training Inclusive, passionate team with regular social events Location: Surry Hills, steps from cafes and restaurants ????
