Make a real impact in the lives of residents and their families. What you’ll be doing : Resident billing & collections : Process weekly / monthly rental fees and quarterly utility charges. Financial accuracy : Handle receipting, bank reconciliations, and monthly account statements. Ledger integrity : Ensure revenue is coded correctly and bonds are refunded promptly. Problem‑solving : Research outstanding accounts receivable issues and collaborate across departments to resolve them. Stakeholder liaison : Communicate with auditors, Centrelink, residents, and families. Continuous improvement : Test new systems, support special projects, and contribute ideas in team meetings. Team support : Cross‑train with colleagues to provide holiday cover and end‑of‑month support. What makes you a great fit : You're detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
