This role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting functions, supporting financial reporting and handling payroll processing. The Accounts Coordinator will report into this role. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare invoices, monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue invoices. Assist with necessary financial reporting requests Prepare and process end‑to‑end payroll on a fortnightly cycle Maintain payroll records, leave balances, timesheets, and employee details Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements and workplace legislation About You 3+ years experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role Must have experience working in the NDIS sector or with the NDIS Pricing guide ShiftCare CMS experience is desirable Experience using Xero or other Accounting software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check What We Offer Dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development Work close to home Rewarding work making a difference in people's lives How to Apply Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role via Seek.com.
