Job Description Managing the full accounts payable and receivable process Performing account reconciliations and overseeing general ledger maintenance Handling data entry and preparing financial reports Monitoring cash flow and supporting financial analysis Supporting the month‑end close and financial reporting processes Maintaining vendor relationships and addressing invoice discrepancies Reviewing and assisting with financial statements Taking on additional tasks and projects as needed Qualifications Experience in a similar full‑cycle accounts officer role Experience within the IT / tech or telecommunications sectors highly regarded Proficiency in working with large accounting systems or similar financial software Strong communication skills, excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to problem‑solve What’s on Offer Full‑time permanent position Based in Melbourne CBD with flexibility around start and finish times Access to ongoing professional development and training Clear pathways for internal growth and career progression Employee recognition programs and performance bonuses Collaborative, supportive, and inclusive team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
