Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. We are a growing franchise business that supports recruitment agency clients with their payroll and accounts needs. The role will initially focus on payroll , managing weekly pay runs, before gradually expanding into accounts receivable, debt collection, and reconciliations . What’s on offer: Immediate start with the potential for extension or temp-to-perm (depending on internal movements) Hybrid working after the first two weeks of on-site training Gain broad exposure across payroll and accounts within a supportive team Great opportunity for someone studying towards their CPA or seeking career growth Key Responsibilities: End-to-end weekly payroll processing for 150–200 recruitment agency candidates Handle payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism Support with accounts receivable, debt collection, and reconciliations as the role develops Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Work across systems including Greentree, MYOB, and Easy AR About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar payroll/accounts role Confident communicator with strong customer service and problem‑solving skills Able to manage high‑volume processing with attention to detail Team‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable Experience with MYOB, Greentree, or similar accounting systems Ideally studying or planning to study CPA – perfect for someone eager to grow and develop professionally If you’re looking for a role that combines payroll precision with accounting variety in a supportive and fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
