Position Description – Accounts Officer / Administration Officer (Part-Time Position) About Us Sacred Heart International College (SHIC) is a reputable and growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) dedicated to delivering high-quality vocational education to international students. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer / Administration Officer to support our finance and administrative operations. This position is entry-level friendly and ideal for students who are looking for full-time opportunities in the future. Freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Managing accounts receivable and payable Issuing receipts and payment confirmations Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring daily cash flow Maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports Assisting with student payment plans and following up on outstanding tuition fees Preparing and reconciling agent commission reports Liaising with external accountants, auditors, and stakeholders as required Administrative Responsibilities Responding to emails, phone calls, and general enquiries Assisting with document preparation, filing, and data entry Supporting student services and front‑desk operations when required Updating records, registers, and internal documentation Requirements Essential: Basic working knowledge of Reckon, Xero, or similar accounting software (training will be provided) High attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of basic payroll, superannuation, and taxation concepts Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Desirable: Studying or completed a qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business, or a related field (final‑year students encouraged) What We Offer A friendly, supportive, and collaborative work environment Hands‑on experience across accounting, administration, and compliance Training suitable for entry‑level candidates Competitive remuneration based on experience How to Apply Interested candidates can submit their resume to: *****@shic.vic.edu.au Students and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
