Accounts Officer - Join Our Fast-Growing Team Cut Fresh Salads is a rapidly expanding produce supplier for quick-service restaurants (QSRs) along the East Coast of Australia, with distribution centres in NSW, QLD, and VIC. Based at our head office in Laverton North, Victoria, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Accounts Officer to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer service responsibilities. This role demands excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable duties, including preparing purchase orders, managing invoices, setting up new vendor accounts, reconciling company credit card payments, and preparing payment lists. Support accounts receivable tasks, including banking, payment allocation, and invoicing. Assist the customer service team by answering phone calls, entering customer orders, and addressing customer inquiries. Requirements Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage both accounts and customer service duties efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role with accounts payable responsibilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in accounts receivable and customer service is an added bonus.
