You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence. You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive. Your key responsibilities include: Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies Ensuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart Managing marketing efforts to attract and retain members Upholding all safety and security standards About You You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring: Years of club management experience in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and team-building skills with a history of coaching teams A proven ability to meet sales and marketing goals Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and members A deep commitment to exceptional customer service Why Join Us?
