Experience: 3 years | Job Type : Part-Time We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to drive individual and team success. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting activities. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and position our IT consulting services as solutions. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and activity records using CRM software. Negotiate and close sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to meet revenue objectives while ensuring profitable margins. Continuously assess sales strategies, processes, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the IT consulting or technology industry. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and deliver persuasive presentations. Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a sales team to achieve exceptional results. Deep understanding of the IT consulting industry, market dynamics, and trends. Ability to analyze market data and leverage insights to develop targeted sales strategies and business development plans. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
