As the CEO’s strategic right hand, you will help shape how our organisation operates every day — supporting the executive team, guiding critical governance processes, and contributing to projects that impact the future of our airports. ROLE HIGHLIGHTS In this highly visible, hands-on role, you will: Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO Act as a key liaison between the CEO, Leadership Team, Board Directors and external stakeholders Coordinate governance processes including Board and Committee meetings, agendas, papers and minutes Lead and mentor the administration team, including Reception Manage schedules, travel, communications and confidential documentation Support major corporate projects and drive continuous improvement across the organisation Your judgement, professionalism and ability to connect people will directly influence the tempo and effectiveness of the business. You thrive on responsibility, collaboration and supporting leaders to deliver exceptional outcomes. We’re looking for someone with: 5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives (CEO, GM, or Board level) Strong organisation and prioritisation skills — proactive, decisive, solutions-focused Exceptional written and verbal communication Confidence managing sensitive and confidential information High attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders Experience coordinating Board or governance activities (highly regarded) Advanced MS Office and document management capability Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar (well regarded) ELIGIBIILITY Unrestricted rights to work in Australia. Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
