Wholesale and Retail Account Lead

Key Responsibilities Manage product listings, pricing, promotional details and updates across partner retail portals Coordinate the timely submission of imagery, copy and campaign materials for retailer use Support forecasting, purchase orders and stock allocations with internal supply teams Track launch timelines, promotions, training and merchandising requirements Serve as the day-to-day contact for wholesale partners and ensure smooth operational flow Build and maintain strong retail relationships and identify new opportunities for growth Support the development and execution of in-store presence, merchandising and brand standards Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and logistics to deliver a seamless partner experience Contribute to the rollout of new international retail partnerships during our 2026 global expansion KEY SKILLS A genuine passion for beauty and retail … you want to be in this industry, not convinced into it Experience within beauty, wellness, personal care or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of key retail environments such as premium beauty and major pharmacy retailers Clear insight into what drives success in-store including education, merchandising, storytelling, visibility and team engagement High energy, strong relationship-building skills and proactive communication Confidence managing both the relational and operational sides of wholesale Ability to follow through on details, timelines and admin without hesitation 3–5 years of experience in account management, wholesale or retail partnerships Excellent organisation, commercial awareness and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
