We create communities worth living in by ensuring your property operates smoothly and efficiently. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Owners Corporation Manager. This is a new portfolio which we will build through organic growth - aiming to consist of ~750 Lots of predominately Tier 1 and 2 properties. You will have two dedicated support team members (Trust Accounts and Operations). While this is a fast‑paced, fast‑moving environment - we are very collaborative and work to support each other. Candidates interested in helping to modernise and digitise the industry should apply. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present reports on financial performance, maintenance schedules, and other property management issues Lead your Pod (team) - which includes Trust Accounts and Operations support. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform decision‑making. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Provide administrative support to the Owners Corporation team as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or Real Estate. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PropertyIQ, Asana Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Current driver’s license and vehicle. Competitive salary and benefits package.
