About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to manage a portfolio of properties across inner South‑East Melbourne, providing exceptional service to owners and committees while ensuring smooth operations across all Owners Corporation functions. Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing AGMs, ensuring efficient and productive meetings. Coordinating property works by obtaining quotes and engaging contractors for projects. Liaising with committees and insurance brokers to manage coverage and renewals. Staying on top of daily property matters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Managing compliance, documentation, and reporting for each property under your care. Building long‑term relationships with owners and stakeholders while expanding the property portfolio. About You Previous experience in Owners Corporation or Property Management. Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills. A proactive, professional, and customer‑focused approach. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
