Owners Corporation Manager

Position Summary To manage a small portfolio of predominantly residential Owners Corporations in an Inner Southeast Location (based in Caulfield North). Full time Mon-Fri. Secure Strata is a dynamic company with a growing portfolio of properties (mostly residential, with some mixed use / commercial). Requirements Ideally, you will have at least one year’s experience in the strata industry or as a property manager. Any previous industry and administrative experience coupled with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic is an advantage and will ensure success in this dynamic and demanding role. Benefits Salary and benefits commensurate to skills and experience Central Location – Caulfield North Be part of a small business which truly cares for its staff, clients and contractors Training and support supplied as needed Responsibilities Manage a nimble portfolio of around 30 buildings Liaise with owners, committees, agents, tradespeople etc. Organise day-to-day property maintenance, both scheduled and emergency Monitor Essential Services and OH&S issues Prepare budgets, meeting notices and meeting minutes Convene and lead meetings Liaise with insurance broker and committees regarding insurance premiums Submit and follow up insurance claims Issue owners’ corporation certificates Keep records of owners’ corporations Qualifications The ability to manage many varied tasks in an organised manner, with attention to detail Fine written and oral communication An understanding of numbers and budgeting (financial management) An understanding of relevant regulations & legal requirements or at least an interest in learning it Personable and possessing a high level of customer‑service Focused and reliable Positive and can‑do attitude Ability to master a software platform (experience with Urbanise is a plus) Experience in owners' corporation management – for a pay increase Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full time Job function Business Development and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
