Join Bluestone OCM’s Growing Team of Building & Community Specialists We are seeking a motivated Owners Corporation Manager to join our team. The Opportunity: This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Melbourne office . As an OC Manager, you will play the leading role in managing a portfolio of premium high-end buildings. Your work will directly with committees to contribute to the smooth operation, maintenance, and governance of some of Melbourne’s most prestigious buildings. Your Day-to-Day: Manage a portfolio of OC properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of common areas, collaborating with contractors for quality outcomes. Lead AGMs and owners' meetings, preparing agendas, reports, and minutes with clear communication. Provide expert advice to owners, committees, and residents on all OC-related matters. Maintain financial records, budgets, and OC levies to ensure transparency and integrity. Develop and implement management plans and long-term maintenance strategies. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as an OC Manager, managing Tier 1 and 2 buildings. A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Client-first mindset with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service. A current driver’s license and vehicle to manage properties across the area.
