About the Role You will be trained to independently manage a portfolio of Owners Corporations and be the trusted first point of contact for committees and residents. Responsibilities include: Managing client relationships with professionalism and integrity Preparing for, attending, and chairing meetings (training provided) Coordinating and resolving owner and committee queries Reviewing documentation, correspondence, and compliance items Following through on action items and ensuring timely completion Coordinating contractors, maintenance, and operational matters Providing guidance based on legislation and OC rules (training provided) This is a role for someone who is organized, structured, proactive, and confident in managing relationships and processes - all strengths common in banking.
