Wellbeing and Injury Management Business Partner Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner South East Melbourne location | ASAP start until Dec 23rd 2025 | $59.97ph + super We’re currently seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner to join a leading public sector agency. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide expert advice, guidance and support to managers and employees across wellbeing, return-to-work and injury management matters. You’ll take a proactive approach to early intervention, case management and wellbeing initiatives, helping to create a culture that values safety, health and recovery. You’ll work collaboratively with a supportive People, Culture & Safety team to deliver programs and policies that drive positive wellbeing outcomes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards. About you: Strong background in wellbeing, injury management or return-to-work coordination (WorkCover experience essential) Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels Confident managing complex cases with empathy and professionalism Relevant tertiary qualification and Victorian WorkCover Authority VWA / RTW Coordinator certification Experience in WorkCover/Ill and Injured claims management, rehabilitation and return to work programs or experience in a similar role If successful you will also need to obtain (or already hold): An Australian Police Check Employee WWCC #J-18808-Ljbffr
