Accounts Payable Officer (12-Month Max Term Contract) 4DMedical is an ASX listed global medical technology company aiming to change the outcomes for patients with lung disease by revolutionising respiratory imaging and ventilation analysis. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable professional to take ownership of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process across our Australian and US entities. This 12-month maximum term role reports directly to the Interim CFO and offers a great opportunity to work within an ASX-listed company with established systems and a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for both Australian and US entities Oversee Accounts Payable inboxes and ensure timely and accurate invoice entry in line with finance procedures Maintain and process Purchase Orders through the ERP system Administer employee expense claims via the new payroll platform Perform month-end tasks including banking activities and bank reconciliations Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and support the broader Finance team as required Requirements Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment Strong understanding of the full Accounts Payable lifecycle Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (highly regarded) 3 years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable Benefits Hybrid working when in the officeenjoyour amazing new office space which includes end of trip facilities and great local coffee and eateries Easy access to Public Transport and very close to Lygon St and the CBD Frequent in‑house presentations on all aspects of Lung Health & Technology.
