Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland and South Australia. Golding currently have an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team based in Brisbane. A large focus of the role will be to provide effective advice and support to project leaders across our civil, mining and urban site-based projects. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will bring a breadth of HR experience along with a focus on the creation of business value, a high attention to detail and a strong engaging interpersonal style. Goldinghave flexible workingconditions allowing you to work from the Brisbane office or from home. Some travel is required for the role. Key role tasks include: Promote an organisational culture consistent with Golding values, policies and legislative intent; Partner with General Managers and Project Managers to achieve their business and leadership objectives; Support leaders and provide strategic advice in relation to performance management, disputes, grievances, workplace investigations and a range of complex and sensitive HR, IR / ER issues; Implement HR systems, managing priorities, customer service commitments, and compliance requirements; Assist Project Managers and General Managers in the planning and implementation of effective industrial relations initiatives for projects, including supporting and participating in EA negotiations; Provide advice, education and coaching to project leaders designed to improve the quality and consistency of HR related activities. Key role capability requirements: Degree level qualification in Human Resources or related field; Experience in a similar role within the mining and civil construction industry is preferred; Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships at all levels across the business; Demonstrated ‘hands on’ approach and a high attention to detail is essential; Solution focused with strong influencing skills; Excellent stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills; AHRI Certification would be highly advantageous Why Join Golding: Employee-Centric Success : Our success is driven by the diverse talents and initiatives of our employees.
