A Man & His Cave is launching a brand‑new B2B sales division, and we're hiring the founding team member to build and scale it. This is a fully on‑site role based at our St Peters, NSW office , ideal for someone who’s confident with outbound sales, loves opening conversations with national brands, and wants a clear pathway into a future leadership role. Responsibilities Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline targeting national retailers, trade groups, hardware chains, electrical suppliers, and promotional partners Generate new commercial opportunities through proactive outreach across LinkedIn, phone, email, and other channels Pitch and present custom‑branded product solutions for retail activations, customer engagement campaigns, promotional events, and brand partnerships Prepare tailored proposals for branded arcade machines, kegerators, pool tables, pinball machines, LED signage, and bar fridges Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to close Establish repeatable frameworks for prospecting, follow‑up cadences, and account nurturing Document scalable sales processes to support future B2B team growth Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting within Salesforce Build account plans for high‑value partners and long‑term strategic opportunities Complete product training to gain deep knowledge of specifications, delivery, installation, and customisation Provide occasional seasonal support for inbound retail enquiries during peak periods Mentor existing sales reps on outbound strategy and support future B2B hires as the team expands Qualifications Required 2–4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development Proven ability to generate a strong outbound pipeline and engage senior decision‑makers Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools Clear, confident communication across phone, email, LinkedIn, and presentations Strong organisational skills with disciplined CRM usage Ability to build structured outreach processes and coach others in outbound best practices Nice to Have Experience selling into trade, hardware, electrical, industrial, or promotional sectors Background in promotional products, brand activations, or consumer lifestyle goods Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Aircall Understanding of customisable retail or electrical products What Success Looks Like Consistent generation of outbound opportunities Signed partnerships with major retailers and trade brands Clear, scalable outbound frameworks adopted across the team Growth in custom‑branded promotional product orders Progression into a B2B Team Lead role managing up to three reps Strong commission earnings driven by monthly performance Compensation Estimated Base Salary: In‑line with industry standard.
