Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA – Karratha WA Posted 18 days ago, from Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA About the Role As an on-the-road Industry Training Consultant , you will work with employers and apprentices to deliver quality training contract sign-ups, provide client support and advice, and business development across the region. This role requires the ability to work autonomously to achieve daily KPIs. You will be part of a large vibrant team to deliver reputable apprenticeship support services to businesses. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based in our Karratha office. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality, knowledgeable and thorough training contract sign-ups to employers and apprentices/trainees. Administer and process contracts to lodge in an accurate and timely manner. Provide advice on incentives and eligibility. Take ownership of BD activities to identify and win new business opportunities in your area. Take ownership of client retention activities with a client base in your area. Provide high‑quality customer service to clients throughout the training contract period. Undertake assessments of employers and apprentices to determine apprenticeship readiness. Ensure databases are maintained and kept accurate and compliant. About You Excellent customer service skills with a drive to exceed expectations. Ability to work to time restraints, meet deadlines and deliver on KPIs. Ability to work autonomously and organise your daily schedule. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a network of clients. Ability to represent our organisation at events, functions, career days, expos including giving presentations and networking. Current and valid Driver's Licence as this role has a tool of trade vehicle. National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
