Seafood Business Development/End User Representative Reporting to the National Sales/Business Development Manager for day-to-day activities, sales operations and performance across the Australian domestic market. Key Responsibilities Focus on the domestic market in Australia, growing key partnerships, stakeholder relationships and executing strategic growth initiatives to drive revenue streams across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels. Develop and expand distributor sales & networks by conducting in-market product and customer activations, end user presentations and engagements to deliver strategic growth in the domestic market. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities primarily in foodservice in the domestic market. Identify strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and market reach, translating into tangible ROI and recorded sales. Leverage customer insights to expand ranging, improve offerings and drive brand differentiation and preferred supplier status. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers and their customers. Deliver exceptional client service and support to ensure sustainable growth and customer loyalty over the long term. From time to time represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and network with key stakeholders. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align business development efforts with operational capacity and brand strategy. Experience in the seafood industry is desired but not essential.
