We're looking for a highly motivated New Homes Consultant to join our dynamic and supportive team in East Gippsland. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Bairnsdale, operating Monday to Friday. Competitive remuneration package (negotiable salary + commission structure). What You'll Be Doing Be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the journey from initial enquiry to contract. Manage all new home enquiries from our website, house & land packages, and referrals. Present our diverse range of home designs and exciting customisation options. Build amazing rapport and deliver an exceptional, seamless customer experience. Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and sales documentation. What You’ll Bring We're looking for someone with the right mindset and attitude above all else. We value your potential to connect with customers and are open to diverse professional backgrounds. New Home Industry Experience (Preferred) While not essential, prior experience from new homes would be a significant advantage. A True Relationship Builder You have a natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and maintain strong client relationships. Sales‑Oriented You enjoy guiding people through a sales process and have a strong desire to achieve results. A history of consistent prospecting and networking is highly desirable. Organised & Tech‑Savvy You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and are comfortable using CRM systems. A Current, Valid Driver's Licence A current, valid driver's licence. Why Join G.J.
