Be a part of an ever-changing environment, where you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships. The hours for this role will be rotating between 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm . Responsibilities Scheduling trucks (direct employees and sub-contractors) for various jobs in a dynamic environment Providing a professional and effective service to customers, contractors and internal stakeholders Supporting our compliance team with ensuring adherence to NHVR Regulations and COR regulations Ensuring contractor driver and company information is updated and maintained Use of various transport compliance related systems Assisting in the onboarding of new contractors Qualifications Experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (preferably within the transport, civil construction or earthmoving industry) Existing relationships with subcontractor drivers from the earthworks / construction industry (preferred) Work collaboratively in a small close‑knit team Ability to prioritize effectively Able to work an occasional Saturday (overtime rates apply) Who we are ResourceCo Soil Reuse and Recycling delivers environmental and social outcomes by providing complete material supply, transport and disposal services for site remediation, rehabilitation, and development projects.
