Business Development Manager (Full time position) Commencing January 2026 About EVOO Quality Foods EVOO Quality Foods is a family owned and operated wholesale food distributor and leading provider of premium specialty ingredients, delivering high-quality products to the food service, hospitality, and catering industries. About the role We are seeking an experienced, driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO and Operations Manager, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive new business, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role requires regular travel within the Perth metropolitan area and the Southwest region including attending after hours events. If you thrive in a dynamic sales environment and have strong knowledge of the food service industry, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop potential customers across the food service industry in the Perth metro area through research, cold calls, networking and referrals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through exceptional communication and service. Contribute to company sales targets and manage assigned territories through new business development and increased sales with current customers. Develop and execute plans to meet sales targets and business growth objectives. Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends, customer needs, new products and emerging opportunities. Promote EVOO’s product range and communicate its value proposition effectively to prospective clients. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence. Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse & customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Administration duties including completing sales reports and quotes and updating CRM. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food service or hospitality sector. An understanding of the hospitality and food service industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop lasting client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region. Travel within Australia to attend various trade shows as required. Must be a permanent resident of Australia (ESSENTIAL). What We Offer Competitive salary with travel allowance.
